SMALLER SCALE, LOW OVERHEAD, GREATER IMPACT

We focus on small and medium-scale projects that can make it feasible to implement our projects quickly, and not to compete with larger, longer-term, more complex infrastructure projects. We are run almost entirely by volunteers, with a minuscule overhead, so that the majority of funds raised go directly to support the people affected by the war.

BEST PRACTICES AND FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY

One of our main goals is to project and foster international project implementation practices of a well-managed, technically proficient organization. We offer best practices, and transparent project implementation methods in alignment with Ukraine's long-term recovery objectives and with humanitarian goals of international donors and agencies.

COLLABORATIVE EXPERTISE

We work with Ukrainian implementing partners who offer trusted professional talents in project management, social services, and psychological support. We create local employment opportunities and contribute to training a professionally skilled workforce.
